Welcome to our 6-week Youth Nutrition and Fitness Summer Program!
Designed to empower young minds and bodies, this program offers a dynamic blend of nutrition education and fitness activities tailored specifically for youth. Through engaging sessions twice a week, participants will learn the fundamentals of healthy eating, discover the power of nutritious foods to fuel their active lifestyles, and develop lifelong habits for optimal health. Led by owner and head coach at Making Moves Nutrition, Coach Dani's program combines fun workouts, interactive discussions, and practical tips to inspire a love for nutritious foods and physical activity. Join us on this exciting journey to unlock your child's full potential, boost their energy, and build a strong foundation for a vibrant, healthy future!
