Do I Have To Track Macros To Work With You?

It depends...everyone requires a customized approach and depending on your specific goals you may or may not need to track macros. Whether your plan requires macro tracking or not, a food scale will be necessary.

One thing is for sure, we will not provide you with a meal plan. Our goal is to get you eating a variety of foods! We will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to make your own food choices and learn to be flexible and independent.

Do You Offer Gym Programming?

We do! BUT it is limited to certain sports. We offer programming in CrossFit, Strength Training, body building, Endurance Training, dryland for swimmers, and Kickboxing. The reason being these are our team's main areas of expertise.

How Does Communication & Progress Tracking Work With My Coach?

We want nothing more than for you to truly succeed which means it will take more than weekly emails! You will have access to your coach via the True Coach app, video chat, email, and phone.

You and your coach will track your progress through the True Coach app and Macros First app.
